What Women Know About . . .Money

A girl that I went to school with had a very highflying business man for a father. In the course of his career he frequently made a fortune and lost it again. She had to move from palatial houses to ordinary semi detached houses and back again to a mansion during her childhood. The advice she gave to me was simple.
Appreciate what you have because there will always be someone with more than you and there will always be someone with less.
I have used this as my mantra and it has made me content with everything I have at the different stages of my life

Have painting parties with your mates when you decide to decorate/redecorate.. Sweaty hard work made lighter with many hands, and a few well-deserved drinks after with a bite of grub. Who needs to hire a painter/decorator!
