What Women Know About . . .The Universe

“You are the centre of your universe.” Nobody else in the entire world knows how it feels to be you. You are unique and your perception of a given situation is completely different to everyone else’s. If you ever find yourself stuck in a train at rush hour maybe look around and watch the body language of your fellow passengers. Each and every person will have a different perception of the experience. Some may be anxious because they need to get home to relieve childcare – others because they have a date. Some might be happy not to be home at all after having a row with their partner before leaving that morning. Those sitting down are comfortable – those standing up might want a seat. Life is a journey and it is all about how we perceive it. So why not hop aboard and enjoy the ride!

On a lighter topic a peri menopausal friend of mine who has turned 43 turned to me last week and announced...
"I had a period last week - I really enjoyed it!"
There is hope for us all!!!
